Common workflow（Vote）

1. Vote phase

   minimun of 3 votes are needed to be considered.

2. Pick a rank route

   BN should decide next status depending on current status:

   • Unranked (WIP, Graveyard, Pending)

     • Loved
       Recommended, will reset votes, Accept votes again.

     • Qualified

       Recommend, ready for QAT review.

     • Approved

       You may update status to Approved to skip Loved / QAT review on your decision. Will be more strict in the following days.

     • Ranked

       Not recommended. we plans to treat Approved as ranked status in private server.

   • Loved

     • WIP, Graveyard, Pending

       treated as Unrank Loved status

     • Qualified
       pending QAT review

     • Approved

       Skip QAT review, will be more strict later.

     • Ranked

       Not recommended. we plans to treat Approved as ranked status in private server.

   • Qualified

     • Approved

       Normal route

     • Ranked

       Not recommended. we plans to treat Approved as ranked status in private server.

     • WIP, Graveyard, Pending

       DQ

     • Loved
       If there is a pp bug.

   • Approved

     Regarded as ranked status in private server, the status is stable.

     • WIP, Graveyard, Pending

       Unrank

     • Loved
       Pick this route if you are dealing with nice map but with pp bugs.

   • Ranked

     • Approved

       Recommended, you may also update old custom ranked maps to this status.

     • WIP, Graveyard, Pending

       Unrank

     • Loved
       Pick this route if you are dealing with nice map but with pp bugs.

3. modification workflow

   1. find maps that needs to be modified through the "BN" page of the admin panel.

   2. set new status

   3. Tap save in the upper right corner

   4. If you need to confirm, you can click Search again to check the latest status.

Skip the process

As of the current situation, due to the low popularity of the new online voting function by users, BN reserves the right to directly rank the chart.

Since the whole map of server has a ranking list, it has no substantive meaning except for scoring, pp and BP. Please be sure to review it responsibly to ensure that the rankings will not be affected.

Remarks

• we plans to treat Approved as ranked status in private server.

• any status change will not clear the leaderboard ATM.
